Firstly , i would like to tell you about cardio exercises ,these exercises are great for relieving stress and burning calories. But most importantly, cardio is the best exercise for a healthy heart. Cardiovascular fitness is the abbreviation of 'cardio' which stimulates high heart rate so that blood circulation is everywhere in the body and heart becomes strong.
Burpees :-
Burpee burns calories because it is an intense physical exercise. Burping burns 50 percent more calories than moderate exercise. In addition, Burpee improves metabolism, allowing you to burn more calories. - The body becomes stronger by burpee.
How to do it :-
Step 1: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms by your sides.
Step 2: Lower into a squat position and place your hands on the floor.
Step 3: Kick or step your legs back into a plank position.
Step 4: Jump or step your legs forward to return to a squat position.
Step 5: Return to the standing position.
Jump rope :-

How to do it :-
Step 1: Start with your hands in the "ready" position. Grip the handles loosely with your fingers, not your palms.

Jumping jacks :-

How to do it :-
Step 1: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Step 2: Start by doing a regular squat, engage your core, and jump up explosively.
Step 3: When you land, lower your body back into the squat position to complete one rep. Make sure you land with your entire foot on the ground.
Step 4: Do two to three sets of 10 reps
